My mom and Dad are up from Southern ILL and we made plans 2 weeks ago for a friend of mine to take them out on his 40 footer for a boat ride and for some lunch so I missed the tournament.How did it go guys?

9 teams particpated. It was Great to see Bob and Oh Yeah and of course the rest of the gang. Congrats to everyone, there were a lot of nice fish.

Great to be there and that I didn't have to 'werk' Sunday. Glad to give Prez the chance to get back on the fishing horse and dust off the cobwebs

He still remembers a few productive fishing tricks. His netting skills on the water needs refreshed, but he saved my day by being able to net my glasses that fell in the water at the dock !$$!
Enjoyed seeing everyone, was great day on the water and nice boxes of fish were brought in.
As this was my first club tourney, a few comments:
Beaver Creek is a nice facility! and they deserve a thank you.
Very well organized and run tourney - thank you to BK and committee.
Enjoyed seeing everyone and I am "Proud to be a member".

Enjoyed the day and thanks to NCA for a friendly type tournament. Cangrats to the winners and tubuzz on his ability to disguise a sheephead as a walleye.

Thanks to Dad for teaching me how to fish

We had a great time yesterday and the fishing was good too. It was a slow morning with only 5 or so by noon, then the next hour or so was prob one of the best hours of fishing that I have experienced on the Lake. We found an active pod of fish and most were 5 to 7+lbers during that time. It will be a day that I will remember for a long time. Other than that flurry it was a slow day for us. It was nice to see a couple new faces in the tourney and hopfully we will see them in future events. Thanks BK for getting thing in order before and after and congrads to Harle and crew with the win, and Tubuzz for taking home cash for big fish. Cant wait till the next one.
